Good Knee Wrap, fast delivery

I ordered a Knee Wrap. It arrived quickly, just 3 days to Perth. The product was as described and feels sturdy. Very happy with the purchase overall.

Reliable support, consistent quality

I've purchased from Tynor Australia several times now, mostly items like the Ankle Binder and Compression Stockings. This time I got a Lumbar Lacepull Brace. The quality is always consistent, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping took about 4 days to Sydney, which is pretty standard for them. Their products hold up well, and I haven't had any issues with durability. Good place for medical supports.

Hinged Knee Support was perfect

I needed a Hinged Knee Support after an injury. Found this site and ordered. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the right size was straightforward with their guide. Shipping was free because my order was over 100 dollars, which was nice. It arrived in 5 business days to my rural address, which is reasonable. The brace itself is comfortable and provides excellent support. I even called customer service once about a sizing question before ordering and they were helpful. Really impressed with the whole process from start to finish.

Got a Walking Frame, pretty good

So, I needed a Walking Frame for my mum. I just went on their site and picked one out. It wasn't too hard, lots of options. It got here in about a week, I think, to Melbourne. The frame itself seems decent, does what it's supposed to. My mum uses it fine. The whole thing was pretty straightforward, no dramas. Glad I found them online.

Are there ever any public coupon codes for Tynor Australia? Or is it mostly just for NDIS/clinic bulk orders?

T Tim P. 10 hours ago
Mostly NDIS or professional discounts from what I've seen. They sometimes have clearance sales or free shipping over a certain amount, but not many random codes floating around.

I got a first order discount once, but I don't see general public coupons very often. Your best bet is hitting that free shipping threshold or checking their sale section.

Trying to figure out if these guys are legit for NDIS. Do they actually work directly with NDIS plans or is it more like a reimbursement thing?

J Jason N. 4 weeks ago
Yeah, they're NDIS registered. You just gotta make sure you follow their process for claiming, think you need to provide your NDIS details at some point.

They are definitely NDIS registered, I've used them. You just submit your plan info and they handle it, saves a lot of hassle.

What's the go with returns if a brace doesn't fit? Is it a big drama getting an exchange or refund from Tynor Australia?

J Jeff Johnson 3 weeks ago
I had to return a knee support cause I measured wrong, and it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure it's unused and in its original packaging.

Returns were easy for me last year. Just check their policy on medical supports, sometimes there are specific rules for hygiene reasons depending on the item.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long shipping usually takes for Tynor Australia? I'm in Perth and need a knee brace pretty quick after surgery.

S Sean H. 6 days ago
I'm in Sydney and it took about 3-4 business days for my order to arrive. Perth might be a little longer but they ship from Australia so it's not like coming from overseas.

Yeah, I ordered a shoulder immobilizer last month, got it within a week up in QLD. Should be pretty fast since they're local.

Are Tynor products any good compared to, say, DonJoy or Bauerfeind? Need something reliable but also not gonna break the bank for an ankle brace.

B Brian Anderson 2 weeks ago
I've used Tynor for a wrist splint and it's been solid. Not as fancy as some Bauerfeind stuff but good quality for the price point, especially for everyday use.

They're a good mid-range option I reckon. DonJoy can be super expensive. Tynor holds up well though, especially if you're not needing something hyper-specialized.
